RAY ABEYWARDENA
Ray has been associated with the capital markets of Sri Lanka for over 34 years, primarily as a stockbroker & as an investment banker since 2009. During this period, he has served as the Managing Director of Forbes ABN Amro Securities, Acuity Stockbrokers and has held board seats in Lanka Ventures PLC, LVL Energy Fund Ltd, Soft Logic Life Insurance PLC, and the Central Depository Systems. He is a past Chairman of the Colombo Stock Brokers Association. Ray is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) & has an MBA from the University of Wales, UK
Ray is also the Managing Director/Group CEO of Acuity Partners (Pvt) Ltd and former Chairman of the Colombo Stock Exchange- JOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR -

KRISHNA SELVANATHAN
Krishna is the CEO of Guardian Fund Management Limited and serves as a Board Member of other investment sector companies within the Ceylon Guardian Group. He is also a Director of Carsons Management Services (Private) Limited, Lion Brewery (Ceylon) PLC, and Pegasus Hotels of Ceylon PLC.
He holds a BA Degree in Accounting & Finance and Business Administration from the University of Kent, U.K.- JOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR -

SUMITH PERERA
Prior to joining Guardian Fund Management, Sumith worked as a Fund Manager for CAAM Saudi Fransi LLC (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and holds for over 16 years of experience in Asset Management and Investment Research. He commenced his career as a Financial Analyst for John Keells Stockbrokers and also worked as an Investment Analyst for Eagle NDB Fund Management (Sri Lanka).
Sumith holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Economics and Business Finance from Brunel University, UK, and is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK.

ASANKA JAYASEKARA
Head of Research, Guardian Fund Management Limited/ Guardian Acuity Asset Management Ltd. He has over 14 years' experience in asset management and investment research. Before joining the Ceylon Guardian Group, Asanka worked as a research analyst at JB Securities (Pvt) Ltd. He holds a B.Sc. Finance (Hons) degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. Asanka is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK. DINUPA PEIRIS
A multi-disciplinary professional qualified in management accounting, law and business management with over 11 years of experience in corporate finance, business development, strategy and business analytics having served for two leading hospitals in Sri Lanka namely Lanka Hospitals Corporation PLC and Hemas Hospitals Pvt Ltd holding managerial positions.
She holds a LL.B from Faculty of Law, University of Colombo and a MBA (Merit) from Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura and a MSC (Distinction) in Business Analytics from Robert Gordon University Scotland. She is an Attorney-at-Law and also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK).- HEAD OF MARKETING -

CRISHANI PERERA
Crishani holds over 8 years experience in asset management and investment Research. She currently manages the money market funds of Guardian Acuity Asset Management. Crishani holds a BSc degree in Finance from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and is also an associate member of CIMA (UK).

MOHANDAS THANGARAJAH
Mohan has over 20 years of experience in capital markets, having worked as an interbank money broker, a bond trader and a stock broker. Has also been a financial journalist, and, was sent to Mumbai as a Rotary Group Study Exchange scholar where he received wide exposure to the capital markets of India.

PRABATH EKANAYAKE
Commenced career at KPMG Sri Lanka and then worked at Ernst & Young and Qatar Alpha Beton Ready-mix Company in State of Qatar. Prior to joining Carsons Group, possesses over 11 years of overseas and local experience in the fields of accounting and auditing. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and holds a Bachelor’s degree specialized in Business Administration from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
