RAY ABEYWARDENA

Ray has been associated with the capital markets of Sri Lanka for over 34 years, primarily as a stockbroker & as an investment banker since 2009. During this period, he has served as the Managing Director of Forbes ABN Amro Securities, Acuity Stockbrokers and has held board seats in Lanka Ventures PLC, LVL Energy Fund Ltd, Soft Logic Life Insurance PLC, and the Central Depository Systems. He is a past Chairman of the Colombo Stock Brokers Association. Ray is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) & has an MBA from the University of Wales, UK

Ray is also the Managing Director/Group CEO of Acuity Partners (Pvt) Ltd and former Chairman of the Colombo Stock Exchange

DILSHAN RODRIGO

Dilshan is the Chief Operating Officer of Hatton National Bank PLC. During his career as a banker he has acquired experience in a range of related areas such as Retail Banking, Finance, Institutional Banking and Risk Management. Dilshan presently serves as a board member in many companies and also works as a Lecturer and Examiner for Strategic Management for the University of Wales affiliated MBA Program in Sri Lanka and a Guest Lecturer at the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) and Director Certification Program at Sri Lanka Institute of Directors (SLID). He has presented technical papers in various forums locally and overseas on Strategy, Business Transformation and Risk Management. Dilshan holds a MBA from Cranfield University, UK and is a fellow of CIMA and ACCA UK Accounting bodies.

CHANDIMA GUNAWARDENA

Mr. Gunawardena has over four decades of experience in varied fields of business and has held numerous senior management positions in Corporate, Mercantile and State Institutions. He was appointed to the Carson's Group Directorate in 1990 and currently serves as a non-independent, Non-Executive Director of Carson Cumberbatch PLC and in most of its subsidiaries.

Mr. Gunawardena has served in the Management Committee of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce for over ten years and was a Founder Council member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Directors (SLID). He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK.

KRISHNA SELVANATHAN

Krishna is the CEO of Guardian Fund Management Limited and serves as a Board Member of other investment sector companies within the Ceylon Guardian Group. He is also a Director of Carsons Management Services (Private) Limited, Lion Brewery (Ceylon) PLC, and Pegasus Hotels of Ceylon PLC.

He holds a BA Degree in Accounting & Finance and Business Administration from the University of Kent, U.K.

SUMITH PERERA

Prior to joining Guardian Fund Management, Sumith worked as a Fund Manager for CAAM Saudi Fransi LLC (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and holds for over 16 years of experience in Asset Management and Investment Research. He commenced his career as a Financial Analyst for John Keells Stockbrokers and also worked as an Investment Analyst for Eagle NDB Fund Management (Sri Lanka).

Sumith holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Economics and Business Finance from Brunel University, UK, and is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK.

THIMAL PERERA

Mr Perera is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of DFCC Bank PLC. He has held several senior positions in the banking sector and has over two decades of experience in the financial services and banking sector, both locally and internationally having been with the HSBC Group, both in Sri Lanka & Overseas, the Commercial Bank of Qatar, Barclays Bank Plc, UAE and at Hatton National Bank. He is a Director of, Synapsys Limited, Acuity Partners Limited. Acuity Stock Brokers (Pvt) Limited, and Guardian Acuity Asset Management Limited, He also functions as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Acuity Group. He has served as a Board member of HNB Assurance PLC, HNB General Insurance Limited and HNB Finance Limited. Mr Perera is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and a finalist of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) – UK.
